All aspects of senior management and administrative skills have been applied in positions of engineering, government research, production, university and private libraries, private service organizations, contract management, procurement, field logistic support, accounting, data management and analysis, and legal research. In addition to these outstanding qualifications, Joyce’s working skills reinforce friendly interpersonal relationships with co-workers and the technical and leadership skills to assist others in reaching their personal and team goals.
